Introduction to Children Yoga Classes - To be a mindful kids

Yauga Yoga provides different age groups of kids yoga classes in a small group not more than 8 persons or a private class. The objective is to bring personal growth to the kids to become an understandable, peaceful and mindfulness person according to their needs in their growing stages through different approach.



Children Yoga Class (for 4 - 8 years old)
How to keep your kids' concentrative and stay calm? It is the stage of brains development and how to coordinate with the 4 limbs of body. And it is also a golden period to develop a kids’ personality to make them understanding and noticing of their behaviors and emotions through some yoga games, activities and storytelling to be a calm and concentrative kids.





Children Yoga Class (for 9-12 years old)
It is the stage of growing up their body physically and developing an ability to understand by reading books and observation. The class has been put those elements to enhance their knowledge (e.g. educational aspect - Anatomy, Values of life), and increase their body strength through yoga games and activities, to bring awareness and connect to their body, inner self.



Children Yoga Class (for 13-16 years old)
It is one of a key transition periods in this age group. They start to develop their own thoughts and analytical skills , form a clear personality. The class can help this age group children to learn how to communicate with others, to discover who you in a guidance for their personal growth through some group yoga activities and partner practices. The class also focuses on connecting to their body, seeking for inner self and relieving stress.
