Adult Yoga Classes

Yauga Yoga designs a 60-minutes yoga class including Pranayama (Breathing exercises is an essential part because it impacts how we feel physically, emotionally and mentally immediately). However, it is not common found in other yoga classes. You may find different types of yoga classes either in a small group or a private class (You can select a convenient location at your clubhouse or activity room in your company at least for 4 people in a private small group class).

Group Yoga Classes

Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch is developed especially for people who are less active. It is great for those who are often sitting sedentary or standing for long periods of time. It is meant to maintain health and strengthen our body functions by stretching our body muscles. It is designed to relax your body. It is a lightweight and comfortbale stretching yoga class.

This program is suitable for all levels practitioners.
Hatha Yoga 1
Hatha yoga is the most traditional form yoga from India. Hatha Yoga has in 3 levels forms with start practising Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). Hatha yoga not only strengthens the body and improves health (e.g. strengthen digestive system, increase blood circulation, relieve lower back pain...etc) It also empowers and awakens the higher consciousness and is responsible for the evolution of human consciousness.

Besides, practicing some asanas, it stimulates the chakras, distributing the generated energy of kundalini all over the body. Thereby illumininating the higher centres of the human consciousness.
This program is suitable for all levels' practitioners and targeting people who have a concern for their health.


Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a system of long-held, passive floor poses that are similiar to but not exactly like Restorative poses. It is a slow-paced style of yoga that can provide a gateway to a way of life filled with more relaxation, greater mindfulness, and less stress. Yin yoga targets your physical, mental and emotional concerns through deep stretching and breathing. It is helpful to keep your mind staying here, be aware of the consciousness.

This program is suitable for everyone, especially suitable for those who is seeking for inner peace.
Restorative Yoga
The development of Restorative pose is credited to B.K.S. Lyengar. He experimented with props used to modifiy poses, so the student could practice through passive poses, supported by a various combination of props without strain. He also explored how these modified poses could help people recover from illness or injury, reduce stress and restore health.

This program is suitable for everyone and is targetted for those who feel weak or fatigued from their daily activities.


Acro Yoga Class
Acro Yoga involves two people who practice yoga in a pair. It is designed to have two people to work in a pair to provide each other with a supportive environment for building mutual trust and enhancing communication. This program is designed to help motivate and encourage each other practicing yoga within a fun and enjoyable environment.
Private Yoga Class
Yauga's Private Yoga class is completely different from what you might have done in another private yoga class. It is a tailor-made program yoga class.

1) Understanding your personal concerns, needs, and objectives. This is done through a consultation in which a program is designed specifically for YOU.
